Between 1996 and 2004, Wellcare Construction Ltd was part of the Wellcare Group, which has an established background in the development, construction, financing and operation of specialist facilities. Initially, this was predominantly within the residential care sector but, latterly, this has been across a much broader spectrum of business sectors and, as a consequence, Wellcare Construction Ltd has developed its client base, which now includes public sector and private clients.

In 2004 the Wellcare Group was acquired by European Care, which is a market leader in the specialist care sector and the construction company took the opportunity to complete its transition from an in-house facility to a stand-alone company.

Wellcare Construction Ltd still maintain close links with European Wellcare, indeed we still share the office complex, which we built, with the Parent Group. This gives us a facility to call upon the Group's wider resources and experience, and we are currently working on future developments with them.
